About Strong and Steady
Strong and Steady Exercise Physiology was founded by Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Aaron Kardash, with one clear purpose:
To help older adults remain strong, steady, and independent in their own homes.
Having seen the impact of exercise in improving strength, reducing falls, and making daily activities easier, Aaron brings this care directly to your home. We provide mobile exercise physiology across Sydney’s Northern Beaches and North Shore

2. Personalised Exercise Program
Based on your assessment, a tailored program is developed to achieve your goals!
This is where we regularly engage in supervised exercise (recommended 1-2 times per week) in the comfort of your own home.
3. Ongoing Support and Progress Tracking
Reassessments are conducted approximately every 8-12 weeks to:

Track improvements in strength and balance
Adjust the program as needed

Initial appointment: We review your medical history, discuss your goals, and do simple tests to see your current strength, balance, and fitness.
Ongoing sessions: Follow-up sessions are in person or through a home exercise program, with regular check-ins to track progress.
Retesting & goal review: We re assess your abilities and update your program to keep it effective, engaging, and tailored to your goals.

We deliver personalised exercise programs to improve your strength, balance, and fitness, reduce your risk of falls, and help manage chronic conditions like heart disease or diabetes. We also work with you to make daily activities easier and safer, so you can keep doing the things you love.
Nope! We bring the equipment each session to make sure it's safe and effective.
At Strong & Steady Exercise Physiology, we focus on delivering high-quality, personalised care that supports long-term independence, safety, and quality of life.
As a mobile service, all sessions are conducted in the comfort of your home. This allows exercise to be tailored specifically to your environment and daily activities.
Our session fees are:
$160 for a 60-minute initial assessment
$155 for a 60-minute exercise session
$120 for a 45-minute exercise session
$85 for a 30-minute exercise session
Sessions are delivered one-on-one by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and include individualised programming, ongoing progression, and regular review to ensure you are making measurable progress.
Depending on your circumstances, services may be funded through Support at home/Home Care Packages, Medicare (with a valid referral), or private health insurance.
